Yes, you get the same cashback rate if you avail discounts along with it. However, for some establishments it might be a lower rate, and very few there may be no cashback at all if discount is availed. These terms are clearly stated on our site but please ensure you check before transacting.

 

What is the difference between Verified and Approved CashBack?

CashBack for your qualified purchase is initially in Verified state when we receive your Cashback Claim. CashBack usually remains Verified for 30 days but could remain for more days, depending on the establishment. This is because there are different policies on returns and cancellations for each establishment and also to allow us time to verify the purchase from the establishments to pay you cashback. Once the purchase is verified it becomes approved and you may request payment.

 

You may request payment for any amount of Approved CashBack posted in your account - There is No Minimum Payment Threshold but we prefer to make payments of Rs.500 minimum as it helps us in maintaining proper inventory and serve you better.

 

How long does it take to actually get my cashback?

This varies between establishments and the type of purchase. Normally after you do the transaction and send us Cashback Claim you would get an email from us within 24-72 hours stating the claim is verified. This is called 'Verified' cashback. Once the return period of your products is over, the establishment knows that the Sale was genuine, and then confirms the transaction in the next monthly payment cycle. The status of this transaction shall then automatically move to approved. From the time of your purchase it could take between 2-3 months for your cashback to get approved.

 

Why is the approved cashback lower than the actual cashback specified?

At times the merchant may change the commission amount or not pay at all due to change in the commission offers. You may enquire with us if there are any disputes related to cashback via email or phone.

 

Can I visit the store directly and send you the cashback claim?

No - in order to earn cashback, you must get a reference number from the reference number page and visit the store. For online stores - you need to click on the links provided on the retailer page. This way your sale is tracked and we will receive a commission for the sale and in turn pay you the cashback.

 

How do I know my cashback amount or status?

What are some best practices when making a purchase at affiliated partners?

Always use the links provided by savingsbazaar.com to enter a retailer's site; do not type in retailer names at the top of your browser screen.

 

We recommend you do not use a quote reference or couponcode provided by a comparison site, other cashback site, coupon site,etc. In that case, the commission from the sale would be paid to that site. If we do not receive any commission from retailers we are unable to give cashback to you.

 

Do not search a comparison site, other cashback site, coupon site,etc whilst completing a savingsbazaar.com purchase - again there is a danger that the commission/cashback might accrue to that site site instead.

 

Voucher and gift codes - To get cashback via savingsbazaar.com please only use voucher codes supplied by savingsbazaar.com. Using vouchers not supplied by savingsbazaar.com may result in another party being credited with your cashback

4. Missing Cashback

 

I did a purchase and have sent cashback claim but have not received email confirmation?

It usually takes 1-7 days for purchases to be confirmed to your account. However, due to various reasons that typically involve merchant reporting, it can take up to 30 days. If it has been longer than 7 days, then please send us an email and Customer Care will take it up. Please make sure that you have sent the Cashback Claim before submitting a Missing CashBack claim.

 

What information do I send for missing cashback enquiry?

In order to submit a enquiry you need: merchant name, date of the transaction, transaction amount, Invoice No., and any other details to cashback@savingsbazaar.in that would help the merchant track your transaction.

 

How long does it take to resolve cashback enquiries?

Cashback enquiries can take between 1 week to 3 months to resolve. Rest assured we will try our level best to resolve your missing cashback query as soon as possible. Remember our incentives are aligned with yours, and we only earn when you get paid a cashback.

 

What happens if the cashback query is denied?

The merchant holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback query. While our team shall try our best to resolve your cashback query favourably, in some cases your cashback may be declined. Please help us get your transaction approved from the merchant by providing all relevant proofs of purchase. Unfortunately, once a merchant has made a decision it is final.

 

 

5. Cashback Paymentk

 

What is your payment Policy?

Cashback can be paid to you as per the below terms:

 

Only Approved Cashback can be paid. Verified Cashback cannot be paid till its status has been updated as ‘Approved’ by the merchants.

 

You may request payment for any amount of Approved CashBack posted in your account - There is No Minimum Payment Threshold but we prefer to make payments of Rs.500 minimum as it helps us in maintaining proper inventory and serve you better.

 

We can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT.

 

Depending on your bank, this payment should reach your account within 4-5 business days for payments via NEFT.

 

How do I request payment of my cashback?

Payments are made every week on Wednesday. All payment requests made by Sunday would be paid on the following Wednesday. Depending on your bank, this payment should reach your account within 4-5 business days.

 

Does cash sitting in my cashback account expire?

This is your money and we of course want to pay it to you. So even if you have gaps in your usage the cashback account does not expire. Once you have 'Approved' cashback we can pay the money to your Indian bank account .
